It is hard to give you a good estimate without any revenue being generated, it is up to the investor to decide what the content is worth to them. You have a good amount of forum activity with a good member base, good deck database, traffic is all right. Investors might like the idea of capitalizing on the sales of these decks and other related items so that will help. Articles help add content to the site. You also have a good domain name, high relevancy to your content. Since the site hasn't been along very long I would estimate somewhere from $1000 - $2000 depending on the originality of the articles and the ease of monetizing of the site. It is probably worth a lot more to a Magic enthusiast knowing how to really monetize the site to it potential.
