We have researched the situation and even though josephspencer has been banned from sites such as digitalpoint.com there is no indication as to why. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=151716 shows a number of positive feedback from buyers. As for now, we advise our members to ask specific questions to all sellers to ensure legitemacy and use an escrow service at all times.

Actually this ban on Digital Point is a temporary ban due to posting adds in the wrong categories! As you can see by our feedback it is 100% Positive.
Our account ban will be lifted on June 18th. They have this in place with what they call infraction points. Because we were new to Digital Point and were not aware of there posting rules, we lost 10 points pretty quickly simply by putting sites for sale in the wrong category.
